Big news! Some of my students from Emmett Hayes Voice Studio are performing on the Community Stage at the Placer County Fair on Sunday, June 29th at 5:45pm! If you’re planning to be at the fair (and you should), come by to cheer them on. They’ve been working hard and it’s going to be an awesome performance!
That got me thinking — there’s actually a TON of live music and cool performance opportunities happening all over Roseville if you know where to look. Whether you’re looking for places to catch live shows or spots where YOU can get on stage, I’ve rounded up some local gems you should definitely check out.
Placer County Fair Performances

One of the biggest local events of the summer is the Placer County Fair, and this year it’s extra special because my students are performing on the Community Stage inside Johnson Hall on Sunday, June 29th at 5:45pm. I’m so proud of them and excited for everyone to see what they’ve been working on.
If you’re in the area, come early to the fair and support some amazing up-and-coming singers. And while you’re there, stick around — there’s usually more live music scheduled throughout the day and night!
